Per Curriculum Team request, Levelbuilders and Project Validators need an easy way to unfreeze projects. The most logical way for them to be able to do this is to have an unfreeze button in the admin box for projects, seeing as that is where they currently have a freeze button. This PR includes an unfreeze button, shown when the project is frozen, and complementary functionality to unfreeze projects.
