Two items here:
retainedcolumn that checks whether a teachers was retained over the course of the school year (3/4 workshops attended).userstable as a backup for teachers for which we didn't collect any school information during summer 2017 PD for whatever reason. Results in about a 10% increase in the % of teachers for which we have school information.
