Adds support to the migration helper for the
lti_lti_prod_kids.qwikcamps.comprovider type. Distinctive property of this LTI provider is that it doesn't appear to store any oauth tokens on the user, so we might reasonably have anildata field on theAuthenticationOption.For more details on Qwiklabs LTI support, see #15777.
