Adds Honeybadger notifications for remaining deprecated routes in v2_section_routes.rb. All routes in this file were already deprecated - now they all have Honeybadger notifications, so we can monitor which ones have remaining users.
While not directly required for multi-auth, this is worth doing now because if we can tear out these routes there's some significant user management code we don't have to upgrade to support multi-auth.
