For posterity, the
csp_csd_teachers_trainedview builds on two tables (teachers_trained_2017andteachers_trained_2018) that we don't commit to GitHub b/c the SQL statements include teacher PII. The SQL statements are in Google Drive.This PR also moves to preferring teacher-provided school information to that collated via searching for teachers manually (see this line) for details.
