For each project type, show the 8 most recently published featured projects and leave the rest of the projects as the most recent projects (not featured). On the Public Projects Home page, chooses 4 of the 8 featured projects at random to list under the project type header.
When users click on "View more [project type] projects," shows those 8 most recent featured projects first and then continue on with the most recent projects.
Removed the "published" line from the cards of all projects on the Projects Home page.
When users click the "view more" link for a given project type, the published line is added back to the card and the cards expand downwards.
