I added this header element which we didn't end up actually using. Might want to switch it in though, so might as well leave it as an option.

Adds overall success and teacher engagement questions to academic year workshop post-surveys, which are the questions that underlie some key "rollups" that we present to facilitators/organizers about the overall effectiveness of their workshops. We added these questions to our library, such that they can be reused.
Testing story
We had a bug bash today where we tested these new questions, without substantial issues.
