Reverts #33569 which was used in March to update all the cron jobs times for the time change.

Thanks for doing this. I think we also need to adjust the levelbuilder commit contents and merge levelbuilder to staging jobs by an hour as well. Those may not have been in the Pull Request we’re reverting.
