AILab: bump version to 0.0.11 & adjust levels

This bumps the AILab version to 0.0.11, and also adjusts the level modes.

The levels updated are the following:

ml-knn-train
ml-knn-ailab
ml-svm-train
ml-svm-ailab
ml-mini-project-ailab
ml-final-project-ailab

They correlate to the six levels seen in the image in code-dot-org/ml-playground#45.

Note that there are three more levels in the current script progression which have just been given blank modes for now:

ml-goldilocks-ailab
ml-ethics-ailab
ml-collection-ailab
