Access logs based on the old log-field definition may continue arriving hours after the fields have been updated, so only looking at the current log config isn't sufficient. Manually specify the old log fields in a stack parameter so they can be handled properly by the processor.
This function alias is automatically used when updating a Kinesis Firehose config from the console.
