import lesson plan for jigsaw from curriculum builder

Imports the lesson plan for jigsaw, which was added to the gsheet. imported via:

bundle exec bin/curriculum/import_hoc_lesson_plan.rb -v -u jigsaw -p /csf-20/coursea/2

teachers will see the same description get added as shown above. students and signed-out users will see a much shorter description appear:

Testing story

• screenshots taken after deleting and reseeding jigsaw locally
• verified that View Lesson Plan button goes to CB lesson plan
• verified that link in gray box can be used to view and edit code studio lesson plans

Deployment strategy

my plan is to merge this right away, without special timing around levelbuilder deploys.
