LP-2077
Early in the pandemic we moved quickly to add banners promoting "at home" resources and how to lead a virtual Hour of Code while schools were primarily virtual (e.g. #3799 and #37020). We are no longer showing those banners anywhere on the site and their messaging is now outdated as we near the end of 2021. Here I remove the banners, their entry points and strings.
