My iOS project has a "Third Party" directory in it. While running codecov, it halts with an error like the following:

Detecting git/mercurial file structure
Reading reports
head: ./#Users#vagrant#git#<project-root>#Third: No such file or directory
head: Party#AFNetworking#AFURLConnectionOperation.h.gcov: No such file or directory
