Combine Activities into the About page

We want to combine the useful info from the Activities page into a more general About page. Write a more general description of Brigade activities into the format of the About page.

Can't access the Trello card. Someone else needs to write the copy before this is "beginner friendly"

True, I took off that label. I'm going to take a first pass at it today.

Basically, the Google Analytics said that lots of people went to the Activities but didn't follow any of the links on there. Instead they mostly went to the Tools page.

So we'll be making our Tools page nicer, and combining everything else into the About page.
