Adds a link to the @opensourcesanjose@sfba.social Mastodon account in each of the places where we link other social media sites. It goes before other social media accounts because both Open Source San José and Mastodon are open source. On the homepage specifically, the link also has
rel=meso that Mastodon will detect it and consider our account “verified”. The SVG icon is based on simple-icons, which has a CC0 public domain dedication.Fixes #90.
