Question: where to add useful links ?

Think: phpcheatsheets.com which IMNSHO is a quite useful resource, it does not really fit with the basics or security or filtering, though it is (or could be) a useful addition to all those sections.
Would you be open to a PR adding an 'useful other resources' section under resources for links like that ?

Maybe you could look into a new "Creating Packages" section? There have to be a few links around for things, like a few stages in this course on Treehouse.

If there are more free resources that would help, but... well don't judge me, I was homeless and poor.

Regarding the topic this could be another useful resource: https://www.airpair.com/php/posts/best-practices-for-modern-php-development
I didn't really read through the post but it seems to be a good resource for main "Brest practices"...
A useful link section could really be a good section to help users to get more information about different topics and useful information.
