Remove js build files from repo #35

With all of our JS code generated by CoffeeScript .coffee files, we should remove the generated .js files from the repo and .gitignore them.

So we will have a js/lib/ directory with jquery in it, and then we use gulp to create the other .js files under the js/ directory.
