Remove "Type your text here" from author bio twitter link or remove it

We have a twitter link next to the author bio under any blog post with a suggested tweet:

. @singsalad Type your text here https://codurance.com/2015/07/31/a-month-of-apprenticeship/ via @codurance

I think people mistake this invitation to chat with the author with an actual suggested tweet and someone has posted several of these tweets already:

In contrast, when clicking the twitter button below an article, it says:

My first month as an apprentice | Codurance https://shar.es/1Dyg5t

We should either only have one button that maybe mentions the author or codurance or change the above
