genparse

This application loads a JSON file containing an academic genonology graph. Persons are nodes and relationships are edges.

Dependencies

Assuming you are using Ubuntu dependencies can be installed as follows:

1. Python3 should be preinstalled, if not run: "sudo apt-get install python3"
2. Next make sure pip3 is installed: "sudo apt-get install python3-pip"
3. Finally, install the OrientDB database dependency: "pip3 install pyorient"

Running the application

To run: python Launcher.py
