Renaming of a Data/Sample file causing unit tests to fail in stable and trunk

Data/Sample/spec_session.mps was renamed to spec_sections.mps recently in stable and trunk of Data/Sample. Need to update https://projects.coin-or.org/CoinUtils/browser/trunk/CoinUtils/test/CoinMpsIOTest.cpp#L366 accordingly.

Also I think the svn:externals are slightly off. Shouldn't CoinUtils/stable/2.9 link against stable's of BuildTools and Data/Sample, instead of releases? And shouldn't CoinUtils/trunk link against stable's instead of trunks?

The renaming to spec_sections.mps has happened.

The stuff about building against releases, stables, or trunk is something I'll not dive into here. The almost completed move to Git(Hub) also makes this problem disappear somewhat.
