It would be a good idea to have a feature like Cplex solutionPool for OS. I would like to write the incumbents found during an MIP optimization in a OSrL file.

OSrL schema does support multiple solutions in the same result file.
Whether the solution is populated depends on the OSI implementation that OS uses for this particular driver.
