Add a field to tell if the results are going to be shown as the number of votes or as a percentage on each answer.

the Raphael javascript graph generator needs to be fixed in order to be able to show values as percentage.

I tried removing the "parseInt" function so it wouldn't truncate the value if expressed in percentages, but I couldn't make it to render the graph.
