This PR introduces the federated search capabilities to the site.
All the websites (Devdocs, OMS docs, PWA) that use theme
masterbranch needs to be updated via separate PR's.After merging and updating those websites, i will merge this change to
merchdocsbranch to enable federated search on User Guide website.
