NB: this also moves + renames the
doc/MAINTAINER_GUIDE.mdfile todoc/maintainers/releases.md.I tried to figure out somehow to leave a catchall
index.mdin its place for people who may have saved links to the previous location but didn't find a way usingmkdocs.Note: Documentation fixes for https://docs.haskellstack.org/en/stable/ should target the "stable" branch, not master.
