A relatively minor release with some long-awaited optimizations

  • Lots of documentation updates, including a new process for requesting new languages
  • Sentence collector and localization updates
  • Scrub old unneeded user activity records on startup (#2934)
  • Add index to sentences table to make startup migration quicker (#2935)
