Just had to mark the button as a "button" instead of a "submit" button so the form would be submitted by the "save" button instead.

This commit: - Improves performance by indexing usernames appropriately. - Prepares for user-managed identities and federation by updating user data with their own keys. - Prepares for automatic database migration by putting instance data in a versioned location. - ( untested ) allows fetching profiles from other weird instances using a fully-qualified username: `zicklag@weird.one`

refactor: add subdomain routing.
This change moves the app into a separate route group and adds rewrite rules so that sub-domains of the main site will be rendered. The subdomains don't load user data right now, though.
