Apple is removing support for
altoolwhen notarizing. This PR updates Architect to use the newernotarytoolmethod.This didn't work with our existing credentials based approach. Instead, I need to create an API key and use that. I stored the key itself on my iCloud drive, for future reference.
This PR also updates the Interviewer reference of the submodule to a version which also includes these changes.
