This involves:

  • Remove R scripts and folder from DeployR
  • Remove project files and other extracted items
  • Remove relevant database entries

more work on Project.clear_archive for #53

- delete all child collections of the project, DataAnalysisScripts,
  DataFiles, and DataTableGroups
- add stubbed out method to clean out DeployR repository, still need to
  work out those details
