[question] Is a complex recipe necessary? #9692

Take boost for example

For a complete recipe, it is very complex, it's hard to maintain. I've encounter a problem #9623, it's hard to find out the problem.

For a specific configure, the recipe could be very simple, and easy to write.

What about using conan in the way below:

determine the config for each lib
prepare the recipe that support only the config that will be used
steps as usual
