2.3.5 release

@augustf any chance you can merge #1424, bump the version, build a new release, do a quick test, update the vm, and release? I've already created draft release entries. concerto-frontend and concerto-weather, concerto-iframe, and concerto-remote-video also need built and released (no merging needed).
