Spikes should have a final comment recording the learnings from the spike. It should then reference issues that the spike was relevant to.
Upon completing a bug/feature, it can be closed. A closed bug/feature will be automatically moved to "Done", and acceptance can then be performed. Upon accepting a bug/feature, it will disappear from the "Done" column.
