When a feedstock fails to generate and ends up empty, we now issue a warning in the Travis log. However, we could really benefit from a much louder notification (see comment). For instance, opening an issue against staged-recipes or similar.

See this issue ( #78 ) for an interesting way of resolving this problem.

At this point staged-recipes will fail if it does not fully generate a feedstock and will automatically retry (up to 10 times) before failing completely and requiring intervention. As such I don't think there is any more need for a separate way of checking this. Hence closing this issue out.
