I have tried many things but have not found a solution to this. The problem seems intermittent, so as a workaround I just re-trigger the Windows builds until they all pass.

Even if all tests pass here, I don't think this PR should be merged until an official upstream release of OCP 7.6.0 is available.

This feedstock relies on upstream CI to generate the binding code. (I was unable to get the conda-forge CI to build the binding code AND compile it. This recipe just downloads the binding code from the upstream release and compiles it).

Without OCP 7.6.0, this package would be compiling binding code for OCCT 7.5.3 against OCCT 7.6.0.
