Rebuild for CUDA 12 w/arch support #21
Rebuild for CUDA 12 w/arch support #21
Conversation
The transition to CUDA 12 SDK includes new packages for all CUDA libraries and build tools. Notably, the cudatoolkit package no longer exists, and packages should depend directly on the specific CUDA libraries (libcublas, libcusolver, etc) as needed. For an in-depth overview of the changes and to report problems [see this issue]( conda-forge/conda-forge.github.io#1963 ). Please feel free to raise any issues encountered there. Thank you! 🙏

There is a bad interaction between pybind, CUDA 12 and gcc 12. A solution here would be to build with GCC 11 instead, but I do not know how to do that since the migrator fixes GCC to 12. |
@jakirkham have you ran into this issue before? |
The error is reported here: pybind/pybind11#4606 |
I implemented this fix in #23, which seems to build correctly. |
Yes. Wrote a lengthy comment about that in another feedstock. Going to just link it here ( conda-forge/pytorch_scatter-feedstock#55 (comment) ). Would suggest following those recommendations here as well |
This PR has been triggered in an effort to update cuda120.
