Description
While we no longer use Travis CI or AppVeyor our docs continue to reference these CI tools and included instructions on how use conda in those situations. Since we are no longer testing and verifying that these instructions are up to date, it is inappropriate to provide these instructions.
This removes those pages from our docs and provides redirects to https://github.com/conda-incubator/setup-miniconda.
