Added parsing functionality after codeforces update

This update allows people to add their RCPC tokens, making it possible to use commands like cf parse, cf test etc. Login still doesn't work unfortunately.

For windows: download cf_386.exe or cf_amd64.exe depending on your architecture (if unsure just try both).
