Avoid warnings during initialization TODO: Is to_prepare the best opt…

…ion?

These warnings were hard to find because, in development, they don't
appear in the standard error output but in the logs. When running the
tests, they would appear in the standard error ouput (which was what I
expected) if we set `config.cache_classes = false` in the test
environment but, since that isn't the case, these warnings didn't appear
while running the tests.

To reproduce these warnings (or the lack of them), start a Rails console
in development and check the log/development.log file.
