Add documentation files/tutorials to /doc folder detailing:

• Current features (Initial version of documentation  #1184)
• Use of different user roles (user, organization, moderator, manager, admin) (Initial version of documentation  #1184)
• Default active features on install
• Admin panel interface (Initial version of documentation  #1184)
• Customization via settings
• Guidelines on how to add translations ([WIP] Custom folder structure #1137)
• Have all the docs in english (default README.md in the /docs folder should be in english) (Proposed extension to the spanish documentation #1507)
