Remove usage of git in gemspec #14

I am in the process of packaging this gem for Debian and in Debian, we try to avoid using git in the gemspec because if we do we would have to add git as a build dependency for the package (more info). Let me know your thoughts regarding this. Thanks!

I never thought of this — thank you very much. I think the original code was from a boilerplate (probably from bundle gem command).

I pushed to your branch to update the quotes to match our style guide, but otherwise this looks good to me.
