This is the first release for the BfW 1.16 add-on server. I didn't actually have to do much for porting between the two, so changes from 1.0.3 are pretty minor.

Just making a final release on the 1.14 add-on server before BfW 1.16 releases. Changes in this edition:

• Muff Toras's experience carries over properly between scenarios now
• Muff Toras corrects you when you fail the password challenges now (at least on EASY)
• Ensure guards are visible for password challenges
• Reeve Hoban ought to stay alive in the fog now
