In order to monitor restaurants prices
I want Coops to easily be able to monitor its' restaurants prices changes if there is any, or to prevent them.

As a coop
As a coop, for transparency & strategical reasons, we have contractually established with restaurants, that product prices match between on site consumption and with our delivery service. This is a way to stand out from big platforms habits/drift (in our opinion).

I want to be able to freeze price changes or alternatively to receive an alert when changed
I want either :

• a way to easily monitor products prices change.
• be able to freeze price changes once set up, just as it is possible for time slots for instance.

Whereas currently there is no option to do so
Even though we have contractually set price match, we have no way to effectively monitor or prevent any changes/breach of contract.

Additional context
We're currently having a small issue with a restaurant that is currently contractually bonded to price match between on site and our delivery service, and not respecting aforementioned clause. We've already had to correct the prices once, and reminded them about their contractual obligations, but they seem to be turning a deaf ear to our notice. We do not want to be running after them and calling them back every time that happens. Could also be other restaurants, we do not have time to check all their products once set up. They often are reluctant to price match.
We do not have any commercial penalty contractually set up, and do not wish to do so. However, we do not have any way to enforce this contractual clause, nor any way to easily monitor it.

I am not sure how this idea could be implemented, I am merely suggesting a few options, but I believe it should be a tool available for coop that want to have price match.
