Adding columns in the incident management page for client (store/shop) and customer (hungry person/receiving individual) #4156

right now the incident management page does not have columns with the above info

it should have 1 column that has

  • the foodtech restaurant / platform shop
    OR
  • the store that is associated with the LC/LM order/delivery

and 1 column that has

  • the username of the person who made the platform order
    OR
  • the client name as inputted on the ASSOCIATED DROPOFF TASK (if multidropoff, make sure the correct one)
