I'm already write done a sample demo and it can decode 255kbps hca correctly(hca file from BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!). But it cannot decode other bitrate (such as 96kbps)hca file correctly. This project, this code, raw by HCAdecoder by Nyagamon (https://github.com/Nyagamon/HCADecoder) but I make lots of different(about 50% or more), and full re-write some decode logic, to make it faster, easy to read code and modified. Because this code's work is not good, So I, will not upload the code transient. If you want get the code now, please make a issue.
