What does this PR do?
Fixes a bug where a feature flag is used to change the default story mode and logic was not checking for that.
What changes to the GraphQL/Database Schema does this PR introduce?
None.
How do I test this PR?
Try to create a new story with the feature flag enabled, note that it now correctly labels comments!
