Added tracking of ip address, link, route, listeners, and open
connections

Added tracking of ip address, link, route, listeners, and open
connections

by adding the `-o` flag to the commands each device/route/link
is limited to one-line in a persistent fashion which will improve
machine parsing of the data

lgtm. Might be getting to the point where we need to start consider dealing with errors etc... kick the tyres in the wild and let us know what you find.

Will do. Fortunately these are relatively stable commands. I'd like to see what y'all (@crawford / @jonboulle) think about merging this & #11 (general OS commands) and then tagging an 0.1 release.
