Same bed name validation is not working while multiple bed creation

Describe the bug

Same bed name validation is not working while multiple bed creation, for example "test bed" name multiple beds is created from 1 to 5 , the bed created will be test bed 1 but if we already have a test bed 1, then the validation are not been checked while creating the bed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
