Describe the bug
In the Medicine tab, even with just a single prescription, the overlay says to scroll for more prescriptions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a consultation page and open the medicine tab
  2. You can see the scroll overlay even when there is a single medicine.

Expected behaviour
Only display overlay when there is more than one prescription.
