pretty much just ran
go mod init github.com/corrupt/rsstweetbot && go mod tidy.The problem i mentioned is the disappearance of the jteeuwen account some years ago and thus the go-pkg-rss package.
see jteeuwen/go-bindata#5 and jteeuwen/go-bindata#2 of more details. I picked musli's clone/mirror and AFAICT it builds.
