We should make this internal to
x/groupso we don't start with this v1 as the public API for easier migration to a protobuf based table definition as discussed in #9156 (ref: #9751 (review))This should also include fixes for building primary keys and indexes as described here: #9156 (comment) (ref: #9751 (comment))
