This updates the ancient
docker-pypackage to the latest officialdockerpackage on Pypi. (I wasn't sure how to update your test suites to match, though.)See also the PR #18 that this supersedes.
While I was at it, I removed the
__pycache__directories that were lingering and made sure to add them to.gitignore.
